NineVerse - Return & Exchange Policy

At NineVerse, we are committed to delivering high-quality apparel that you’ll love! We understand that sometimes sizing or preferences may not align, so we offer a hassle-free exchange policy under fair conditions.


 

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

✔️ The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
✔️ Exchange request is made via WhatsApp or Email within the 3-day window.
✔️ Unboxing video & images of the product are provided as proof (to avoid fraudulent claims).
✔️ Only one exchange per order is allowed. If you've ordered multiple t-shirts, you can choose only one for exchange.
✔️ The item is eligible for exchange (see ‘Non-Exchangeable Items’ below).

🚨 Important: If a wrong size is ordered due to negligence in checking the size chart, we allow only one exchange per order, and the customer must follow the guidelines below.

 


 

2. How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

📩 Email us at [your email] or WhatsApp us at [your number] with:

📦 Order number
📸 Unboxing video & images showing the issue clearly
📝 Reason for exchange

Once our team reviews and approves the request (within 24-48 hours), we will initiate the exchange process.
🚚 Reverse Pickup (if eligible) will be arranged free of cost, provided the request is made within 3 days of delivery.

 


 

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do NOT accept exchanges in the following cases:

Fake Size Issues: If the size chart was correctly followed but the customer claims dissatisfaction later.
Worn, Washed, or Used Items: Any product that shows signs of use (stains, perfume, sweat, pet hair, etc.).
Exchange Request After 3 Days: We cannot process requests beyond the 3-day window.
Multiple Item Exchange: If an order contains more than one t-shirt, only one can be exchanged.
Custom/Personalized Orders: These are made exclusively for you and cannot be exchanged.
Sale & Discounted Items: Products bought on sale or special discounts are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

 


 

4. Refund & Store Credit Policy

💳 No Cash Refunds: We do not offer refunds for returned products, except in cases where:

✔️ A defective or wrong item was delivered (verified via unboxing video proof).
✔️ The product is out of stock, and an exchange is not possible.

🔁 Store Credit Option: If a refund is applicable, it will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

 


 

5. Shipping & Exchange Fees

🚚 Free Reverse Pickup for eligible exchanges within 3 days.
💰 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a return processing fee of ₹100 applies. (Exchange fees also apply).
📦 If an item is exchanged once, further size exchanges are not allowed.

 


 

6. Special Discount for Customers with Size Issues

💡 Ordered the wrong size? If the mistake was due to negligence in checking the size chart, we still allow one exchange per order with a ₹100 return shipping fee.

Alternatively, as a token of appreciation, we will offer you a special discount on your next purchase. Just ping us personally before placing your next order! 😊

 


 

7. Customer Responsibility

⚠️ Double-check the size chart before placing an order to avoid unnecessary exchanges.
⚠️ In case of misuse of the exchange policy (repeated exchanges, fake claims, or product mishandling), we reserve the right to deny future exchange requests.
